Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Sonnenz LLC, operating as WrightLabs.ai ("WrightLabs"). By accessing our website, authorizing our API integrations, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services

WrightLabs provides AI-powered automation systems, GoHighLevel workflow builds, API integrations, and related consulting services for home service contractors and business operators. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are governed by separate written agreements.

By granting OAuth access to WrightLabs applications, you:

Client Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WrightLabs services to send unsolicited communications, transmit spam or fraudulent content, violate applicable laws, interfere with connected systems, or reverse-engineer WrightLabs automation builds without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

WrightLabs retains ownership of all workflow architecture, automation logic, AI prompt systems, and technical methodologies developed during engagements, unless expressly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your data and CRM content at all times.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." WrightLabs makes no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, booking rates, or conversion results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrightLabs's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. WrightLabs shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. Upon termination, WrightLabs will revoke API access and cease automated operations. Client remains responsible for fees accrued through the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vermont, except where either party seeks injunctive relief.
