WrightLabs

AI REVENUE CONTROL FOR HOME SERVICES

You paid for the lead. Your system ghosted them first.

Answered is not booked. Booked is not showed. Quoted is not closed. Activity is not proof. WrightLabs finds the broken handoff, moves the next approved step inside the rules the owner approves, and requires a source readback before the job counts as done. Built by Jamie Wright. Managed 1,000+ door to door reps. Built systems across 150+ businesses.

WrightLabs can organize approved connected records into one owner command view for lead response, appointments, estimates, customer follow-up, reviews, referrals, and source freshness.

Each exception shows the work that needs attention, its accountable owner, the due time, the available evidence, and the receipt required to close the loop. Your team keeps working while the owner sees the few decisions and recoveries that matter now.

The public command-center view is a representative demonstration built with synthetic records. It shows the operating pattern without exposing client data or claiming client performance.

  • Management signals: lead response, appointments, estimates, customer follow-up, reviews, referrals, and source freshness.
  • Exception work: the reason, accountable owner, due time, authority state, evidence, and receipt.
  • Representative command-center pattern. Synthetic records shown. Not client performance proof.

Answering the lead is the easy part.

A lot of what gets pitched as AI is ChatGPT in a $10,000 suit. I could build that before brunch. If all you want is an AI receptionist, scroll to the bottom. I will build you the easy part free. Just pay attention to everything it cannot do on the way down.

Booking, showing, quoting, closing, reviews, and referrals still have to survive the handoffs after the first answer.

The wrapper is the cheap part. The operating discipline around it is the work.

  • The wrapper: One prompt. One answer. One chat log saying the job is done.
  • The WrightLabs standard: The job gets an owner. The move gets a limit. The source has to confirm the result.
  • WrightLabs keeps missing work visible until it is resolved or returned to the right person.

Want the AI receptionist? Take it. WrightLabs starts when the call ends.

I will build the answering layer free. It can answer, qualify, book, route, and send the right information. Useful? Absolutely. A revenue operating system? Not even close.

The full WrightLabs build starts with the operating record. We audit the leads you paid for, reconstruct the handoffs your data can support, and expose where ownership disappeared, follow up died, appointments went cold, and estimates stalled.

Those are not tiny misses. They are the actions nobody took that add up to real money.

Then Jaxon turns confirmed gaps into governed recovery work. It assigns the job, builds the right audience and recovery path, works inside the rules you approved, and stops when your authority is required.

Nothing counts because an AI says it is done. WrightLabs checks the source of truth and returns the record, the approved action, the final readback, what remains unresolved, and the receipt.

The bot handles the conversation. WrightLabs finds the loss, governs the recovery, and proves the work.

Fit, access, consent, and operating rules are confirmed before any live action.

  • The free layer: answer, qualify, book, route, and send requested information.
  • The WrightLabs build: audit the operating record, expose missing ownership, and turn confirmed gaps into governed recovery work.
  • The receipt: the record, approved action, final readback, unresolved work, and proof of what happened.

Start with the CRM foundation. I will bring the first system with it.

Open a new HighLevel account through my affiliate link and WrightLabs will build your starting system on a proven foundation for your trade. This is not a cookie cutter snapshot with your logo slapped on it. You complete a WrightLabs branded intake by form or voice. We use your services, hours, service areas, team roles, calendars, pipelines, offers, booking rules, escalation rules, FAQs, and brand voice to prepopulate the system for your business.

Your build includes the FREE AI receptionist, department SOPs, operating best practices, and the core workflows your team needs to stop starting from a blank screen.

When you are ready for more, WrightLabs can scope the data cleanup, custom workflows, team training, managed follow up, and full Jaxon OS operating plan around it.

This offer requires an eligible new HighLevel account opened through Jamie Wright's affiliate link. WrightLabs may earn a commission. HighLevel subscription, phone, messaging, email, AI, and other usage costs are billed separately.

The bot is not the product. The control around it is.

WrightLabs is designed to move one revenue job from the first signal to a source-backed result without handing the system unlimited authority.

Jaxon forms the specialist crew for the job. The crew gets only the approved context and limits. A separate verifier checks the source. Money, promises, people, publishing, and material risk stay with the accountable human.

A screenshot saying done isn't a receipt. A verified readback is.

A WrightLabs receipt names the source, the approved action, the final readback, and what the result still does not prove.

  • Find the break.
  • Move the approved next step.
  • Prove what happened.

Build systems that keep moving when the path breaks.

Jaxon lost his front left leg. He did not lose his drive. He adapted, kept moving, and still charges into life without asking the world to lower the bar.

WrightLabs exists to give good operators that same advantage: a business that does not collapse because one person, one handoff, or one system failed.

We find the broken path, give the next move an owner, keep routine work moving inside the rules, and return consequential decisions to the right person. Then we verify the source and preserve the receipt.

Adapt. Keep moving. Prove the work.

I got tired of watching paid leads die because somebody forgot the next step.

I started in concrete construction sales in 2014. I did the field work, sold door to door, built and owned a remote solar sales organization, and started running my own marketing in 2018. I have seen the business from the roof, the sales floor, and the CRM.

I have managed well over 1,000 door to door reps and spearheaded the remote sales department at Voltaic before the pandemic made remote sales normal. I know what happens when a lead has to survive real people, real handoffs, and a real sales floor.

When I was managing a solar team in Chicago, a company paid appointment was treated like gold. Three missed next actions and the rep lost access to paid appointments. Not because I needed another rule. Because wasting that lead disrespected the money putting food on somebody's table.

I got tired of managing the gaps with reminders, meetings, and yelling. Good people still miss steps. Weak systems make the owner pay for every one. So I stopped asking memory and discipline to carry work the system should carry.

Jamie's recollection of his father, David Wright: the work nobody sees still has to be done right. That is why WrightLabs is overbuilt where it matters most. The limits. The handoffs. The readbacks. The rollback plan. The receipt.

I can talk shop with the person carrying the tools, then build the system the owner needs behind them. Blue collar first. Computer nerd by necessity.

The weird cases are part of the system.

Timeouts, partial work, duplicates, missing permission, and broken handoffs are where automation usually loses trust. WrightLabs plans the stop, recovery, and readback before the lane earns more authority.

When the system cannot prove the next step, it stops, names what is missing, and returns the decision to the accountable owner.

A verified repair can preserve the failure, context, approved fix, readback, outcome, cost, and limits for the next job. An observed before-and-after difference is useful evidence, but it is not automatic proof that WrightLabs caused the outcome.

Before you buy another lead, find out what happened to the last twenty.

The FREE Revenue Leak Audit qualifies the business first. If the operating record shows a real leak, we map one lane and the smallest controlled repair worth testing. If it does not, we will tell you that too. One lane. No guarantee. Let the numbers decide.
