Founding client presale
Stop paying for leads your system lets die.
The FREE Revenue Leak Audit shows where leads, estimates, and follow-up lose ownership in your business... then WrightLabs scopes the build that gets it back. This is a founding client presale: standard implementation runs $5K to $75K. The first 20 approved founding clients can receive up to 60 percent off the standard quote for the same approved scope, with a founding range of $5K to $30K. Every build runs on a required monthly Jaxon OS operating plan.

Check fit for my FREE audit See the guided pathDead demand does not show up in a report.
You already paid for the lead. It came in ready to buy. The phone rang twice and nobody picked up. The form sat in an inbox over a weekend. The estimate went out and nobody followed up.
Nothing dramatic happened. That is the point. It was work nobody did, that nobody noticed, inside a system that keeps no receipt for the miss.
We call it dead demand. Demand you bought, then lost to your own handoffs. It shows up at the end of the month... in the ad bill, in the close rate nobody can explain, in the owner doing admin at 10pm.
Jaxon OS is designed to recover the reachable portion of that demand, route it through the right lane, return your team's time, and leave a receipt for every move. Once scoped and approved from how your business actually runs.
The revenue opportunity model
Most ROI tools hand you one inflated number and ask you to believe it. This model walks the chain instead: the leads you already paid for, the share entered as slipping through, how much a governed path could recover, how much books, how much completes, what each job collects, and what margin survives. Monthly Jaxon OS and infrastructure costs come out of the financial result. Returned time and operating capacity stay visible, but are not counted as cash contribution or sale value. Replace every starting assumption with your records.
Modeled recovery chain: monthly new leads x untouched share x recoverable share x operating coverage target x booking rate x completion rate x average collected job revenue x gross margin.
The operating coverage target is a design target. Jaxon OS is designed to carry 90 percent or more of the repeatable operating structure, routing, follow-up, documentation, and decision preparation once scoped and approved from your FAQs, SOPs, policies, CRM, offers, departments, and internal knowledge brain. It is presented as a design target and a model input, not as a measured result.
Routine scoped work can move inside approved rules without a human checkbox for every step. Consequential decisions, exceptions, money, promises, people, approvals, and material risk route to the correct department or employee. The owner sees the whole operation from the Command Center, and later from the planned Jaxon iOS pocket view.
The FREE Revenue Leak Audit replaces these assumptions with CRM, calendar, phone, ad, and operating records where available.
Two ways to grow. Both have limits.
Add more employees, trucks, managers, and operational headache.
Raise prices and hope the market accepts it.
Both can work, but both have limits. You still have to stay competitive. You do not want to be the cheapest company in town, but you also cannot price yourself so far above the market that every buyer starts shopping you against three other bids.
Jaxon OS creates a third option. You can grow revenue by recovering the demand already coming into the business.
- The calls nobody answered
- The slow follow-up
- The estimates that went cold
- The leads nobody owned
- The customers who had questions after hours
- The jobs that should have closed but died inside the handoff
When every inquiry gets an answer, scoped follow-up keeps moving, updates go out around the clock, and the owner can see what is actually happening, the business can recover more demand without immediately adding trucks, hiring more people, or pushing prices past the market.
And once the operation is governed, adding trucks and people later becomes less chaotic. The system carries the day-to-day rules, metrics, receipts, exceptions, and next actions. The owner is not guessing. The business has an operating layer.
Jaxon becomes the owner's command center: part personal assistant, part operations manager, part sales and marketing engine, part business coach. You can ask what is happening, what needs attention today, where the money is leaking, what the morning brief says, and what action should happen next.
That is the comparison the calculator makes visible... using assumptions you control and records the audit can check.
This is not a chatbot. It is not a pile of automations. It is a governed revenue operating system with receipts, approvals, routing, and owner visibility built in.
I have been building the pieces of this for years: sales teams, call centers, remote solar operations, CRM recovery, paid-media feedback loops, and the handoffs that decide whether revenue lives or dies. Jaxon OS is named after my Malinois. After he lost his front-left leg, he adapted without losing his discipline, drive, or trust. I would not ask an owner to blindly trust AI with a business. Every action needs a source. Every exception needs an owner. Every outcome needs a receipt. This is not the future anymore... it is Wright Now.
You are early. That should be worth something.
The first 20 approved companies become the WrightLabs founding client cohort. They receive direct access, priority build attention, and a real voice in the operating problems Jaxon OS learns to solve next. The founding range starts at $5K because a real operating build cannot start smaller. If you want a $2K bot, that market exists. It is not this one.
The Founding Ten are not just getting the white glove build. They are part of the mission and help shape the future of WrightLabs. Jamie maps the fields, pipelines, workflows, SOPs, rules, and approvals around how each business actually runs... then each founder watches their own operation get systematized. Not a snapshot with the company name changed.
You backed the system before the rest of the market caught up. You should have a hand in what it becomes.
Founding access expands collaboration, access, and tailoring. It does not transfer ownership of WrightLabs intellectual property or remove approval gates, scope boundaries, third party costs, or the required monthly Jaxon OS plan.
The free receptionist answers. Jaxon OS runs the revenue path.
The FREE AI receptionist starter
For approved fits, WrightLabs builds the starter answering layer with no implementation fee. It is bounded to your company knowledge, FAQs, offers, services, and data. A HighLevel account and channel usage costs are separate, and the free build does not include the full Jaxon OS operating layer.
- AI receptionist voice and SMS
- Website chat widget
- Appointment booking
- Qualification and routing
- Bounded to the company knowledge, FAQs, offers, services, and data
The full WrightLabs build
The free receptionist answers and routes. Jaxon OS governs the revenue path, audits the dead money, connects departments, preserves receipts, routes exceptions, and gives the owner a command center.
- Governs the revenue path end to end inside approved rules
- Audits the dead money with the Revenue Leak Audit
- Connects departments through one accountable operating record
- Preserves a receipt for every approved action
- Routes exceptions and consequential decisions to the right owner
- Gives the owner the Command Center view of the whole operation
Three common build scopes
Jamie started in concrete construction sales in 2014, then moved through field work and built and owned a remote solar sales organization before designing the systems that connect sales, operations, and delivery. He scopes the operating problem before WrightLabs prices the build.
Focused revenue fix
Fix one expensive break first.
Lower range position when the job stays focused
Your fastest leak gets a governed repair path first: the rules, the accountable owner, the acceptance test, and the receipt. One lane, fixed properly, before anything else gets touched.
- Speed-to-lead or missed-call recovery
- Estimate follow-up with stop conditions
- One CRM or operating record
- Build test, launch handoff, and owner training
Connected lead-to-close system
Join the handoffs that currently leak.
Middle range position as systems and recovery paths connect
Intake, first response, booking, follow-up, attribution, and reporting stop being separate tabs. They share one accountable record, so a lead can no longer fall between systems on the way to a signed job.
- Intake through booking and sales handoff
- CRM, calendar, messaging, and dashboard connections
- Attribution, exception recovery, documentation, and team training
Multi-team revenue operating system
Build the control layer the business runs on.
Upper range position when teams, controls, and custom surfaces expand
Locations and departments get shared definitions, controlled permissions, and one command layer. The owner sees the whole operation without being the switchboard it all runs through.
- Location and department operating definitions
- Migration, permissions, custom interfaces, and data models
- Security, evaluation, launch controls, and operator enablement
The Jaxon OS operating model
- Written scope
- System implementation
- Jaxon OS Command Center
- Continuous operation and receipts
You receive a working operating environment and licensed access to Jaxon OS. The implementation does not transfer WrightLabs intellectual property.
Your operating command center
This is where you will run the business.
Your Jaxon OS Command Center brings priorities, exceptions, source checks, and receipts into one owner view. Routine work moves inside the rules already approved. Only scoped decisions route to the department or employee who owns them, while the owner can still see the full operation. Use the web Command Center at your desk. Use the planned Jaxon iOS pocket view after its client release gates are complete. Founding clients are reserving this operating environment before every client surface is released.
Required monthly operation
WrightLabs keeps the operating layer alive.
For each delivered system, the monthly Jaxon OS plan covers the licensed Command Center, monitoring, governance, support, maintenance, and the operating cadence defined in the agreement. New lanes and material scope changes still require written approval.
Your business records
Your data stays yours.
You keep your CRM records, customer data, business accounts, and agreed exports. WrightLabs does not trap the operating record you brought into the system.
WrightLabs intellectual property
The operating system stays WrightLabs.
Jaxon OS, source code, agent logic, governance methods, routing systems, prompts, playbooks, and proprietary operating designs are licensed for use while your agreement is active. They are not sold or transferred with the implementation.

The Jaxon Brain and the C-suite lanes around it.
The top tier is not a bigger bot. It is the company's own knowledge, scoped and approved, turned into an operating layer that carries repeatable work.
The internal knowledge brain
Built and versioned from your FAQs, SOPs, policies, offers, customer objections, field rules, role definitions, and CRM history. Every answer the system gives, every route it picks, and every exception it holds traces back to scoped, approved company knowledge instead of a guess.
Jaxon coordinates. The owner stays in charge.
Jaxon coordinates the lanes, keeps routine work moving inside approved rules, and keeps the owner current. Jaxon does not replace owner authority. Money, promises, people, approvals, exceptions, and material risk route to the correct department or employee.
The C-suite agent lanes
Revenue
Owns the lead-to-close lanes: intake, speed-to-lead, follow-up, booking, and recovery work inside approved rules.
Operations
Carries routing, documentation, handoffs, and the operating cadence between departments.
Finance and margin
Watches collected revenue, margin, and cost signals so growth does not quietly eat profit.
Customer experience
Guards the experience after the sale: reviews, referrals, follow-up, and escalations.
Paid media
Feeds the ad loop with booked, showed, sold, collected-revenue, and margin signals instead of rewarding cheap clicks and low-intent forms.
Accountability
Keeps owners, due times, readbacks, and receipts attached so no job disappears.
Night shift lead buckets
Daily receipts can be parsed overnight so the next call-center shift starts with cleaner lead buckets, named exceptions, and a morning brief instead of yesterday's pile.
Better signal back to ads
Surface activity can train an ad account toward cheap, low-intent actions. The governed loop is designed to favor deeper business signals such as booked, showed, sold, collected revenue, and margin once those sources are connected and approved.
What the top tier actually means
More of the business runs through the command layer, with stronger governance and more specialist lanes. The owner stops being the switchboard and gets back in total control of the business.
What moves the number
How many jobs the system owns
One defined workflow is a different build from acquisition, follow-up, booking, sales, and operations sharing one control layer.
System connections and failure recovery
Every CRM, calendar, messaging channel, ad account, data source, and return path adds behavior that must work, fail safely, and leave a receipt.
Data condition and migration
Clean current records move faster. Duplicate contacts, broken stages, missing consent state, and historical migration require separate recovery work.
Custom software and interfaces
Existing-system configuration costs less than a new operator dashboard, workflow surface, permission model, or client-facing application.
Controls, security, and evaluation
The higher the consequence of an action, the more the build needs approval limits, test cases, audit trails, privacy boundaries, and rollback behavior.
Jaxon OS operating plan
Every build stays on an active monthly plan for the Command Center, monitoring, governance, support, maintenance, and continued improvement.
What is included... and what is separate
Included in the agreed build
- A written scope with the revenue job, owner, boundaries, and acceptance criteria
- The agreed system build, configuration, system connections, and licensed Jaxon OS Command Center
- Testing, failure-state handling, release checks, and a receipt for what shipped
- Documentation, operator training, launch, and transition into the required monthly operating plan
Boundaries disclosed before work
- VPS and cloud hosting, AI model usage, APIs, phone, SMS, email, storage, advertising spend, and other third party costs are disclosed separately from the implementation fee and monthly operating plan.
- New scope after sign-off is priced and approved before it enters the build.
- A price range is not an outcome promise. WrightLabs does not publish invented savings, booking lifts, or payback claims.
- The monthly Jaxon OS operating plan is required. Its responsibilities, included capacity, usage allowances, authority limits, and stop conditions are written into the agreement.
- Ending the agreement ends licensed access to Jaxon OS and the WrightLabs proprietary operating layer. The client retains its business data and agreed exports.

Pricing questions
Does requesting the audit charge me?
No. The Revenue Leak Audit is free. The form first checks operating stage, lead volume, decision timing, and realistic implementation range. A qualified owner may request a working-session time; early-stage and research-only owners receive the right free worksheet instead. No build or charge is authorized.
Why is the range so wide?
A focused handoff fix and a multi-department revenue operating system do not carry the same workflows, system connections, data recovery, interfaces, or operating risk. The page names the drivers so the range is useful before the audit.
Is $5,000 a guaranteed quote?
No. It is the approved lower edge of the current custom-build range, not a promise that every problem fits there. WrightLabs confirms the exact scope and price before any build begins.
What can push a build toward $75,000?
Multiple connected revenue lanes, custom software, complex data migration, deeper system connections, security and evaluation requirements, and a larger launch surface can move the work toward the upper edge.
Are software and usage fees included?
Only when the written scope explicitly includes them. VPS and cloud hosting, AI model usage, APIs, phone, SMS, email, storage, advertising spend, and other third party costs are disclosed separately so the implementation price is not a teaser.
Do I have to buy the largest build?
No. WrightLabs starts with the smallest operating job that can create a useful, testable result. A larger roadmap does not have to become one oversized first release.
Is the monthly Jaxon OS plan optional?
No. Every WrightLabs implementation runs through an active Jaxon OS operating plan. Foundation, Operate, and Command provide different levels of capacity and operating ownership. New lanes and usage costs remain separately disclosed.
Do I own the system after the build?
You own your business data, CRM records, accounts, and agreed exports. WrightLabs retains Jaxon OS, source code, agent logic, governance methods, prompts, playbooks, and proprietary operating designs. Your agreement licenses that operating layer while the monthly plan is active.
Can I run Jaxon OS from my phone?
That is the plan. The web Command Center is the desk surface. The Jaxon iOS app is the pocket surface for priorities, approvals, exceptions, and receipts. This page is a founding client presale, so native client access begins only after the iOS release passes its client delivery gates.
