Public agreement summary
Data Processing Addendum
This page is a public summary, not an executed data-processing agreement. When WrightLabs processes personal data on a client’s behalf, the signed agreement and current DPA define the parties, instructions, systems, purposes, retention, service providers, security controls, and assistance responsibilities.

Scope follows the contracted installation.
Data categories, processing activities, systems, purposes, retention rules, and approved instructions depend on the signed engagement. A marketing inquiry does not create processing authority.
The current schedule is the controlling record.
The applicable service-provider and subprocessor schedule is supplied during contracting. A static marketing page is not a substitute for that current record.
Request the current agreement.
Active clients or prospective clients can request the current DPA or related schedule from privacy@wrightlabs.ai.
